Shop. Merchandise is printed and shipped by Printful. Prices and shipping appear at checkout.

Events. Details may change, and participants may be asked to sign waivers. Photos and video may be taken and used to promote the mission unless you tell us otherwise in writing. For minors, photo use requires guardian consent.

Volunteers. Volunteers are not employees. Minors need guardian permission, and certain roles may require applications, background checks, or training.

Intellectual property. The MightyMeshaun name, logo, MightyVerse characters, MightyMilitia, MightyMobilizers, MightyGuardians, text, designs, photos, and video belong to MightyMeshaun or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

Your submissions. If you send stories, photos, or testimonials, you give us a non-exclusive right to use them to promote the mission and confirm you have the right to share them. We will not publish a child’s identifying details without guardian consent.

Third-party links. We are not responsible for linked sites.

Disclaimer and liability. The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, MightyMeshaun and its directors, volunteers, and staff are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the site.
